Livedo Purchases Shell Building 6 for Manufacturing Facility

David Woodard, chairman of the board of Wilson County Properties, welcomed LiveDo USA to Wilson and most especially to Wilson Corporate Park. 

Livedo bought Shell Building Number 6, a building that was constructed in an ongoing program headed up by Wilson County Properties and supported by both Wilson County and the City of Wilson.  The building was nothing more than walls and a roof.  There wasn’t even a floor.  It was designed to be easily up-fitted to the specifications of the new owner.  This program supplements site development in the Wilson Corporate Park offering manufacturing buildings ready for up-fitting.

We are so pleased that the new owner of our building is LiveDo USA and love what they are doing with our Shell Building Number 6.  They are turning it into a working facility, providing jobs for our people and producing quality of life products for people everywhere.
